With the development of information technology and the expansion of computerand network, to accelerate the establishment of self-examination managementinformation has become a common problem faced by the industry. This thesis, situatesin self-study examination management in districts and counties in Tianjin, explores theconstruction plan of self-study examination management information in districts andcounties in Tianjin based on the practical needs of customers. The aim of this thesis is toimprove the work efficiency of the department of self-study examination management,to realize centralized data storage and information sharing, and to provide better servicefor the students.This thesis deeply investigates and analyzes the situation of service management ofself-study examinations in districts and counties in Tianjin, and introduces the designand realization process of service management of self-study examinations based oncurrently popular Web development technology. A technical scheme of service systemof self-study examinations that is base on ASP.NET technology, SQL Server databaseand Visual Studio is proposed in this thesis. The scheme of this thesis develops thefunctional modules of student management, examination management, examinationarrangements, scores management, and fee management. Among them, the module ofstudent management realizes the on-line registration and verification of students; themodule of examination management enables students to register to exam on line; theinformation of courses and examinations can be distributed from the module ofexamination arrangements; the module of scores management enables students to checktheir scores; the module of fee management maintains the information of fees of thestudents. This thesis introduces the testing process in detail in the system testing part. Italso provides cases of some of the function test and performance test. Through testing,function modules are in line with expectations index and can solve the users’ needs.Three-layer structure are established in this service system, therefore, goodadaptability and flexibility of the system are achieved, which facilitates maintenanceand secondary development. Now, the system has been operating in higher educationself-study exam management website in districts and counties in Tianjin and it isworking stably.
