Since entering the21st practical, as technology continues to develop and grow,people’s living standard has been greatly improved, at the same time, people’s daily lifebecome more and more demand for energy is high, the energy in the oil for the manypeople increasing demand for oil has also been aptly compared to the "dark gold." In theearly days of our country will recognize the importance of oil, but also formed a numberof large oil fields, such as Daqing Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield, Changqing Oilfield, etc.,many oil exploration earlier, the current production situation is not optimistic, miningcosts increasingly high, and people demand for oil has been increasing, so for oilcompanies, under the premise of ensuring the stable, to solve the problem of rising costof mining is becoming increasingly important.This thesis’s object is an oil productionplant in Daqing Oilfield, the content of which is that optimize the costs and productionoutput. At the very beginning of this article is the assessment of oil productionefficiency, followed by the classification of the type of benefits. It then comes up withthe methods of well shutdown and turn-injection for the purpose of solving the problemof the high costs of oil producing and less production. Next, the production output in theold wells is predicted and a new plan of increasing production output in the new and oldwells is established by using the gray GM (1,1) model to ensure that the output taskswill be completed. And on this basis, the article re-configures the costs of increasingproduction of new wells and measures wells and develops a new production plan.Finally, the configuration of the production and costs is fully analysed and the principleof reasonably optimal configuration is summed up and given in the end.In this thesis, it firstly expatiated on the application in domestic and international,introduced the basic theory of oilfield enterprises with production forecast and costallocation, raised the main scheme of the system. On the basis of existing research andintegration with the practicalities in oil extraction factory, this thesis brought forwardthe method of production forecast and cost allocation based on Grey model algorithmFinally, the thesis summarized the work of system development, and pointed out someimportant points in the coming further research.
