Police custody is one of the important supervisory areas under the jurisdiction of the public security organ, is a public security organ positions on administrative penalties for public security, in order to better facilitate the security detention facility staff in detained personnel management, improve the accuracy of the information, security, it is necessary to develop public security comprehensive management of public security detention facility management system. With the rapid development of computer technology, computer technology cup is widely used in all walks of life, as the security detention facility management. Geographic information system on the basis of processing huge amounts of spatial data technology, combined with the surface of the earth and space, geographical distribution and related data as one of the integrated information system.The detention order management information system mainly consists of process control management, monitoring of the management, analysis, the personnel management and the system management module. The main system management of dynamic data set, the system parameter settings, user management, analysis the main information query, information and statistics, in the detention personnel management main routine management, medical management, account management, the administration of prisons, there are security management, information registration management, process control mainly includes the in the process, the management, the user management.System uses Java language and SQL Server2000database, WERGIS platform, MAPINFOR software, MyEclipse software and address matching techniques for software development. System architecture uses layered architecture, development; system is divided into five layers architecture, a client interface layer, business layer, business layer, database persistence layer,database layer. The client is mainly display interface, the interface layer is mainly realized the client bridge between layer and business implementation. Using Hibernate technology data tables in the database connection persistent objects, in Java classes to access the database table, direct access, in the form of class does not need direct access to the data table, convenient for the development of the programmer.
