Design And Implementation Of Communication Billing System Basing On J2EE

Communication billing system based on J2EE has the principle of centralized datamanagement. The system was designed by using advanced technology MVC, andcombining computer, communications technology and industry knowledge. Thefunction of the system include the integrated billing、Comprehensive Business accountand common gateway interface. Business involves all links, including mobileproduction, management and decision-making.9billing business centres in Chao Yangwould be unified management. The system can meet the need of real-time onlinebilling accounts.This paper discussed and studied around the Beijing Chaoyang District mobilecommunication billing system. In this thesis, the basic theory of J2EE technology is alsodiscussed. The paper is focused on researching J2EE technology at home and abroadand its application in mobile. The main research contents of this paper can besummarized as follows:1．The MVC includes three levels, namely the view layer, control layer and modellayer. Every level can have the corresponding technology. Each level has its main tasksand functions. Few links between different level, which is linked only by a smallamount of a configuration file or function call interface.2． J2EE was designed by MVC. The various levels are not only developedseparately, transaction management, multithreaded and distributed designed areprovided at the same time. The distributed system would be developed efficiently byusing the frame Structs, which can manage to achieve a systematic, standardized andautomated. Structs is a development framework and development mode under J2EEplatform. The development model of the framework is based on the view layer, modellayer and controller layer. Structs can integrate Servlet、JavaBean and JSP technologytogether.3. In accordance with the process of software development, this paper describes thesystem requirement firstly, analyzes and designs the system functions. Study the designof the database, and the database deployment method has been made. Then complete thedevelopment of the whole system.The paper describes detailedly the process of the developing pattern of software in the system. The logic components and controlling applications are also introduced. Theapplication tests of different forms, as well as the results achieved are deeplysummarized. At last, the paper makes a summary of the application prospects of thesystem.
