Along with the development of information technology method of collegeadmission is great changed. Remote recruit is used in admission work completely theseyears. At the end of admission works. Each College download “delivering documents”which is used as original data of admission and provides convenience and evidence forfuture teaching management in current year, from the website of Enrollment. With themodern network information management mode which breakthrough the time and spacelimitation, work efficiency and management level is improved, and informationmanagement of college is rapid developed.Enroll system is designed for integrating various business in checking in process.It makes fee-paying, educational administration, buying insurance, management ofstudent apartment, school department,instructor,class division and photo collecting asworkflow.,The process control system witch provides multiple links of businesssegmentation and coupling before and after enrollment, and effective data for variousprocedure while check in, makes freshmen and parents understanding the information ofcollege and preparation before enrollment. The purpose of efficient,convenient andhuman-oriented for teaching management and educating people is realized with it.Taking the design of system which acquired by Chengdu Polytechnic as example,he background and significance of admission system projection are introduced briefly inthis paper. Theoretical basis of system design, prototype of data and process controlflow, selection of system platform, technology application and system design isdescribed detailed. In business: integration business data, process of businesssegmentation, analysis of coupling mechanism, establish the analysis model. Intechnology: takes J2EE as the technology, takes MYSQL as the database, establish themodel of intermediate data exchanging with three-layer architecture, and definesexchanging system based on WEB and XML format. In system planning and safety:Cut into internet applications and internal applications based on business. Systemadopts full open mode. Isolation in hardware using a firewall, VPN access and timingdata exchange with dummy address is used to ensure the safety of other businesssystems.First of all, analysis of the development and current situation of check-in system is introduced this paper. The development environment and technology is described inchapter2. The design of system and check-in system based on B/S is introduced inchapter3. The design of database, summary of internal function and principle bycomparing longitudinal direction and crosswise direction is including in chapter4. Thedesign and realized of system is introduced in chapter5, especially the related processand business realized. The security setting and considering is included in last chapter. Iam in charge of analysis of functional requirement, three modules including accountmanagement, prediction of freshmen, and query application for mobile.The check-in system has been test run in check in work this year, which was highlyaffirmed. Moreover, prediction of freshmen module is designed to solving the problemof high draining rate of freshmen. Using this module, freshmen could fill theinformation personal and check in. The check-in rate is increased in one percent withthe comparison and statistics of data. Whereas, there are many problems in specificoperation. For example, some modules are not practical; function of data statistic isunsoundness. These problems should be revised and perfected in future research.
