| Tianjin Zhong Fu Xin An Technology Development Co., Ltd. is one of Tianjinelectronic authentication services and systems integration industry as the beginning ofthe field of information and is committed to the development of a diversified high-techenterprise. Determined by its industrial characteristics, the company requires moreefficient and flexible field staff to complete the company’s business for the furtherdevelopment. Due to features of the long time they spend outside, and the high mobility,etc, the management of assessment of the field staff becomes the hardest problem forthe principal leadership of the company, and, with the expansion of business scale, costsof the management would increase exponentially.To provide access to the management of the field staff, this project designed andachieved a regulatory system based on mobile location service. This system, whichconsists of seven main functional modules including system management, locationquery, grouping, cycle positioning, message management, map display and trackplayback on the functional framework, realizes the intelligent management for the fieldstaff completely and scientifically. In the aspect of technology lines, we chose thelightweight framework Struts2.1as the system framework, MySQL as the backgrounddata, and tomcat as the application servers. Meanwhile, in the aspect of location ofmobile phone terminal, we applied GPS together with assisted GPS technologyaccording to the customers’ acquirements. In this way, the field staff’s mobile terminalsare connected with GIS, and the staff’s position coordinates (waypoints), driving routes(tracks), and the task information (such as text messages, and photoes), etc, could becollected. So the performance is uploaded remotely to the system to confirm thecompletion. The management center of the company could allot tasks, check the routeof the staff and assess the performance via this system.By setting up the regulatory system to the field staff based on the mobile locationtechnology, this project successfully resolves the problem of management of the fieldstaff for Zhong Fu Xin An Technology Development Co., Ltd. The solution could makea prompt distribution of the task reasonably, enhance the supervision, as well as perfectthe management process. This would promote the company to a higher level and play animportant role in improving the service image. |
