By introducing the network technology,information technology and other modern multimedia technology system, the currentremote education has increasingly development, and become integrated all kinds ofmedia information, including data, voice, image, and realizes the informationcoordination organization knowledge transfer mode of interaction. The main work of this paper includes:(1) extensive reading related literature at home and abroad, expounds the networkeducation platform of the background and significance of topics, current situation of thedevelopment of attention and analysis platform of network education at home andabroad. And in view of the present situation of network education platform, putsforward the design framework.(2) for the design and development of convenient network education platform, tounderstand and master the related knowledge, such as J2EE architecture, SSHarchitecture, Oracle database knowledge.(3) design and overall planning of network education platform, modeling of thesystem use cases and system using Rose Rotation software, the specific implementationguidance system. (4) analysis of the characteristics of network education platform, the load conditionof the system, the security of the system, the reliability of the system, the operatingcondition of the system put forward corresponding requirements.(5) according to the characteristics of the platform of network education, theteacher and the learner interactivity, focus on the design of analysis system of learningmanagement module, Cse management module, Exination module system.
