Information age brings great changes for people’s lives.As theinformatisation degree ofsocial becomeshigher and higher,all areas begin to re-examine the important role ofinformation management and information processing insystem management.Informationmanagement system is now paidattention as an important means of informationmanagement.Archive information management is a typical information management systemand archive informationhas specific property.How to manage the archive information andretrieve archive information effectively are arduous task during the work of archiveinformation management.In this paper, according to the extensive research and in-depth study about the methodof archive information management,the research and development status of the archiveinformation management and search technologywere summarized.The basic principle andmodel were studied. The relativity and relevancy sorting model were investigated.The methodof fuzzy query and results statistics sorting was researchedparticularly. Then the system ofarchive information management was designed.First,in view of the real archive managementmode,thearchive information management system was made a requirement analysis, thesystem framework was build and the design of function module was finished. Secondly,thesorting algorithmof retrieve information management was analyzed in detail.According to thequestions existing in default sorting algorithm and time order sorting algorithmsuch as poorsort quality,low search efficiency and low probability of obtaining target result, a relevanceranking algorithm was presented. The user query corresponding vector was defined by theposition weight and the historical querytimes weight of key words. The records correspondingvector was defined by fieldswhere thekey words appear and the times of the keywordappearing.Then the record relevancywas calculated by the product of the two vectors. Thearchive records were sorted by the descending order of the record relevancy values. At last,theHeilongjiang East college archive management system was realized by the developmentpattern of B/S. The relevancy ranking algorithm was applied to the integratedquery segmentof archives management system. Thus, it will enhance the intelligent degree of query,improve the query efficiency and play a good demonstration rolefor the archive management informatisation building.Additionally,the relevancy ranking algorithm of this paper was compared with theexisting two kindsof sort algorithm. The NDCG evaluation method was used to evaluate thisrelevance ranking algorithm and the default sort algorithm. The resultsverify the efficiency ofrelevancy algorithm.
