Battlefield Information Spaces are from the War of Informationization in modern times, they were according to the definite and canonical organization. They are the appellation of the information elementariness that is distributed in a great deal of battlefield background of physics spaces, and are the information platform of Integrated Joint Operations. How to manage and utilize a great deal of different constitution and distributing data effectively has become a hotspot of the research. As the appearance of semantic web and technology of it, more and more investigators are diving into the research of the domain. At present, most of data is storaged in relational database, this part of data can not be utilized by semantic web directly, so the development of semantic web is restricted to a great degree. Currently, searches in network are based on keywords, and do not have semantic information, so results of searches often contain a great deal of useless information, but the useful results of searches in deed can not be found because of the scarcity of matching keywords; sometimes, what users need is not only the information of matching keywords, the searches depend on keywords can not satisfy all of users'demands.This article, researching on the two problems above, proposed an improved method of taking out ontology from relational databases and an algorithm of semantic relativity that based on the connected route, the method and algorithm resolved the two problems above.The work and the primary innovation of this article are embodied in two aspects below:This article proposed an improved method of taking out ontology from relational databases. Aiming at that the existing method of taking out ontology from relation databases can not take out data with space-time attributes, this article improved the algorithm with a proper method, make sure the improved algorithm can satisfy needs of translating space-time attributes to ontology model. At last, this article prove that the improved algorithm not only keep the advantage of the original algorithm and improve the efficiency of calculation and space of storing by experiment, but also has the function of translating the data with space-time attributes in relation databases.This article proposed an algorithm of semantic relevancy that based on the connected route. By analysing the existing semantic algorithms, this article calculate semantic relevancy on condition of the length and the number of connected routes between entities. By experiment, it prove that the algorithm of semantic relativity that based on the connected route is simple and understandable, the results are also satisfy the need of practical application, it has preferable feasibility. The algorithm also has the function of digging the latent relation of semantic relativity.
