With the rapid development of modern science and technology, related research formedical instrument, especially decision support system with the integration of mechanism,electronics, computer and article intelligence became a hotspot of research. This subject issupported by the corporation project, named “Research of Oculomotor nerve palsyacupuncture treatment and evaluation system”. This thesis mainly focuses on building themechanical structure of eye movement disorders detect instrument. The establishment ofdetection information database and Web interface which calls decision support system is usedto explore the computer-aided diagnosis.At first, according to research status and the development tendency of the mechanicalstructure of the medical instrument at home and abroad, build the mechanical structure of eyemovement disorders detect instrument. In order to compact the structure, combining withtorque limiter, magnetic brake, thin double-gear and so on, the subject chose ball-screw as themaster driver. Also, the design meets the national standards of ergonomics. At the same time,it can ensure the safety of the patients. The transmission mechanism for the movement ofHess screen in the horizontal and vertical directions is made in a motor, a speed reducer, aball-screw, which is called linear module. The horizontal movement of Hess screen make itpossible to change the distance between the screen and the patients. The vertical movementmakes the centre of the screen and the sight of patients in a common level. Well then, moredetection information can be collected through the expansion of field of view of detection.Secondly, the detection information database is designed so that Hess screen detectioninformation, eye muscles, treatment parameters of electro-acupuncture, acupuncture points,medical history could be managed effectively. A Web interface is developed to themanagement of the detection information and show other disease information for both doctorsand the patients. Decision support algorithm could be called by the Web interface to makecomputer-aided diagnosis with high accuracy.Then, the decision support algorithm of eye movement disorders is wrote which is basedon SVM (Support vector machine). Expert knowledge and testing data from clinical testingare used to help doctors by data classification training. PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization) is used to optimize SVM parameters. Clinical records are analyzed to improve the treatmenteffect.Finally, detection and computer-aided diagnosis are executed in HMU(Harbin MedicalUniversity) through the Web interface and the detection information database. The mechanicalstructure of eye movement disorders detect instrument is ran. The accuracy of computer-aideddiagnosis is testified by the medical expert. In all these experiments, detection andcomputer-aided diagnosis are executed with the patients’ help in clinical treatment.
