Performance Evaluation Model Based On SOA And Its Application On Financial Field

With the deepening of reform of China’s financial and foreign commercial banks have been fully enter China’s financial markets, the increasingly fierce competition between the banking industries. The traditional business methods and means have been unable to meet the requirements of the development of modern commercial banking, market-oriented, customer-centric, relying on a product to serve as a platform to benefit as the goal has become a common business philosophy for the commercial banks. In order to create greater economic benefits, improve their competitiveness, the major banks to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the client manager to optimize the client manager appraisal system and performance appraisal system in urgent need of modernization, enabling customers to manager performance evaluation to the data, equalization, to enhance assessment and evaluation of scientific and transparent, thereby enhancing the working efficiency of the client manager.However, the traditional performance appraisal system efficiency is low, and can not adapt to the rapid changes in the outside business; with the application of IT in various industries, financial institutions urgently need to share information in order to make full use of external resources, to improve system versatility. Service-oriented architecture (Service-Oriented Architectur, SOA) standards-based, loosely coupled and share the characteristics of services, provides the possibility to improve the versatility of the system.In order to improve the status of the banking sector performance appraisal system, this paper presents a performance evaluation model based on SOA. Specifically, do the following work:First, the background of the SOA technology, the research status of the investigation, comparative analysis of the progress of the performance appraisal system and inadequacies come to the potential of SOA-based performance appraisal system conclusions; must be done from two angles of the architecture and core technologies of the SOA technology system. Which focuses on the architecture of Web services and their realization of the principle; Third, the analysis of banking performance evaluation of business processes, and improved, based on a SOA-based performance assessment model (PCM). The paper also gives the design of the PCM model and its core components, Model design and implementation of two aspects of the entire model, and the design of the enterprise service bus and service components. The article from the logic of the model, security manager, as well as services, deployment, and aspects of the entire model; finally, this paper presents an application example in the banking industry SOA-based performance appraisal model. The instance of the first analyzes the current performance appraisal system, followed by the status of the performance appraisal system to study the performance appraisal of the business process, and according to the previously proposed performance evaluation model PCM, the application of the model solution. Finally, the article on the application of PCM experiments and results analysis, and experimental results prove the effectiveness of the SOA-based performance appraisal model.
