As the information technology has been diversified, there comes an era which theinformation can be communicated fast in it. The way to spread the content knowledgehas not been limited in the class, but in many ways. Through the traditional class isthe major way to answering the questions for students, but it has some drawbacks thatthe way to answering the question get a high repetition rate, so the activity ofanswering the question becomes inefficient. In such demands, the distance educationwhich based on the Internet has been developed quickly, and the Intelligent QuestionAnswering System(Intelligent Q&A System) emerged as time requires.In the general of teaching, the article has been inspired by the Fifth DistanceEducation Model, and guided by the Network Collaborative Learning View andE-learning Model. After investigated and analyzed the Intelligent Q&A Systemexisted, the article designed and implemented of a user’s interaction intelligentquestion answering system. In the system, synchronous question answering activityand asynchronous question answering activity work smoothly together. The studentcan interact with the system, and choice the way to used it.At the operation aspect, the system is based on the Internet communicationprotocol, used the structure of B/S topology. At the structured database aspect, thearticle has built the target system for the content knowledge for structuring the loosematerial. The structured database is the most important requirement for searchingquestions. At the answering question aspect, the article studied the principle ofsearching engine, modified the segment named PanGu, and built the dictionary of thematerial which provide by the professors, all this has improved the efficiency of Q&Aactivity and make the system more adapt to the content knowledge. At the same time,the system built the matrix of user’s browse history, extract the keyword of user’sinterests by the Vector Similarity Algorithm, and introduced it to the user through theprocess of searching. The more adapt to the content knowledge is that the article usedthe LaTex tags to edit the complex formulas and display it through the Internetbrowser. In the interaction aspect, the system applied the users and users’ interactionand users and professors’ interaction through the asynchronous Q&A platform. Thuscan implement the database growth automatically by the professors’ choice.Accomplish the research of the article, it has not only designed and implemented an Intelligent Q&A system based on Internet which is superior the traditional Q&Asystem, but also has significant meaning for the teaching through Internet. At thesame time, it can assist the class teaching and improve the efficiency of teaching.
