With the rapid development of the Internet in China, especially the technologyapplications of WEB2.0, network media has become the place for the majority in thepublic, various non-profit public organization, good persons and person in need of helpto offer and access the public information and the opportunity for exchange of publictopics. This greatly provides an opportunity for booming micro-public informationcommunication and it causes wide concern of the public and then it results in a positivesocial impact in a short period of time. At the same time, the micro-public informationcommunication also has some drawbacks in its development process.This paper will use the communication theory to analysis the micro-publicinformation communication. By defining the micro-public and the meaning ofmicro-public information communication, it will discuss how the micro-public uses theWEB2.0to spread and exchange the information. This paper will made a detailedanalysis for the communication subject of the micro-public information, communicationcontent, communication channels, communication objects, communication results andother elements of the system, and then analyze the patterns and characteristics ofmicro-public information communication. At last, it will discuss the existing problem ofmicro-public public communication, such as the lack of checking the information,facing the test of credibility, the uneven quality of the disseminators, the lack oflong-term mechanism, the lack of caring transformed force and not enough combinationof "online" and "offline", and then analyze the reasons for these problems. And thispaper will put forward some countermeasures and ideas to perfect micro-publicinformation communication, such as carrying out the real-name system, enhancing thecredibility of the information communication, strengthening network moral, puttingpublic opinion together, improving the legal and institutional guarantees and enhancingnormative, etc., in order to explore the development model which is in line with China’sactual micro-public information communication.
