Since reform and opening-up, the economy of our country is at the stage of rapiddevelopment.However, the rapid economic growth lead to the large amounts of land resources has beenconsumed, meanwhile it generates a lot of illegal land problem. Especially in recent years, all parts of thecountry have the high enthusiasm of the developping economy, and then the amount of land which havebeen demanded rapidly increasing.Under the economy drive, the illegal land still has happened and trenddeterioration.For this, shouldering the important mission of protecting the cultivated land, the landresources supervision departments increase the investigative work. But,at present, the land resourcessupervision departments’work always stays in the traditional manual operation mode, parts of region justonly use the method of informationization to completed the illegal land for the record and report.Theinformationization of the land resources supervision work have not come ture, and there are several hardproblem about the prevention, detection, and the qualitative problem of the illegal use of land and theconstruction land of supervision.In order to promote the land supervisory informationalized work’s construction, strengthening thepower of land supervisory work, it is particularly important that establishing the land illegal discoverysystem.This article attempts from the perspective of the traditional supervisory work,and puts forward themain problems faced by the present.Summarizing the problems and design,to based on the currentdevelopment of advanced remote sensing technology, and then establishing the land illegal discoverysystem which can ability to solve problems and facilitate the operation.This article use the method are about combining GIS, GPS, RS and remote sensing technology,anddesign the land illegal discovery system based on remote sensing technology. The purpose is using allkinds of information resources,such as the basic existing remote sensing data, the land use status data, theland use planning data and so on,to complete the specification of illegal land use behavior investigation andcomprehensive regulation.System to strengthen the land traditional mode of dynamic monitoring, adoptingthe combination both sensing technology and basic illegal discovery mechanism.It realizes the functionwhich are finding the illegal act more timely, timely for positioning,and timely report.In addition, the indexsystem based on the Gridmap platform has realized the real-time query and informationize network.It notonly simplified cumbersome process of finding illegal land, but also more effectively curb the land illegalcases from happening.
