Design And Development For Information Management Platform Of Purchasing International Trade Enterprises

The Paper aims to purchase typeinternational trade enterprise’s actual requirement, using the ASP.NET and SQL Server databasetechnology, and use the multi-layer architecture model to construct new business informationmanagement platform, aims to help purchase type international trade enterprises to improvebusiness degree of automation, enhance enterprise core competitiveness.First of all, the paper research and analyzes the characteristics of the purchase typeinternational trade enterprise, and puts forward the target of development of the businessinformation management platform,which including: the system should cover all businessprocesses, improve the statement statistics function, establishing the connection between eachbusiness process, convenient business personnel tracking products and order development process,make the financial personnel can timely and accurate knowledge of product and order payments,have perfect authority management functions, etc. This paper established on the basis of the goal ofdevelopment of system user role and function needs to carry on the detailed analysis.Then, based on purchasing type international trade enterprise business process on the systemdesign, including the system architecture design, database design and external system design, thedatabase system including the E-R relation design, data entity description and data table design,the system function uses the object oriented modularized design.In the system design, under the guidance of design of the whole system structure can bedivided into data public access layer, data entity layer, database access layer, page control layer and page layer, in this paper is given the each layer class diagram and main realization methoddescription. And choose Microsoft SQL SERVER database technology, design the secure databaseas system background data, using ADO.NET construction technology to realize back end databaseof efficient safety connection access, just have ASP.NET development to realize the foreground ofeach function.Finally, when finishing the system development, through the environment after thedeployment of the system are detailed test, mainly including module test and function test. Thebusiness management platform after a period of actual operation, can basically satisfy managementpersonnel to reach business operation personnel’s requirement, solve the Shared informationdifficulties, retrieval material slow, business information is not unified and business processproblems unclear and so on.
