The multimodal cortical functional optical imaging is an important technical method forthe research of the brain cognitive mechanism. It is also a hot research field of functionalbrain imaging. The multimodal imaging process involves a variety of optical imagingdevices, and has a variety of experimental program design can be applied for the directionsof the study. The multimodal experiments involves controlling and management of differenthardware and the corresponding software needs to achieve rapid support of new hardwareand software system, and it also should have good hardware extension. According to thedemand for software systems, the thesis designs and implements the following:(1) In this thesis, I designed a software architecture of plug-platform-server, treat thehardware/algorithms as abstract devices, and which is divided into acquisition devices, controldevices, image processing devices, as well as image IO devices, four main categories, corresponding four sets of interfaces. The design implements device as plug-ins, a devicecan be plug-and-play, and no need to update the main software. Greatly facilitate the additionof new device.(2) Here I implement major devices including cameras, liquid crystal tunable filter, thecomputer parallel port, real-time laser speckle contrast imaging algorithm modules to meetthe plug-ins-platform-server interface requirements.(3) Combined with good design of the architecture, and Python scripting language ispossible to be embedded in the program, so that the program can script control, dynamicdebugging task script, this benefit the creating new imaging method and fast design iteration.Which improves the speed of researching new imaging methods.
