Research And Implementationof VSL Script Language System

Asterisk is a well-approved open source VOIP platform. Because of the built-in difficulty of the open source software in understanding and the complexity of configuration, the research on the automatic configuration technology is a universally interesting topic.This paper has designed and implemented a script language VSL and compiling system VSLC based on Asterisk platform. The script language's syntax is similar to C/C++, which can support the most commonly used telecommunication business description and can implement the automatic configuration of this platform.This paper has presented the main design method, based on the analysis of the configuration of Asterisk and the compiling principle. The design and implementation of VSL and VSLC is the main topic, which includes VSL language design, VSLC symbol table design, VSLC lexical and syntax analysis design, VSLC medium coding and semantic checking.By the design and implementation of VSLC on Asterisk platform, it proves that the script language compiler of VSLC greatly decreases the complexity in developing telecommunication businesses on Asterisk platform.
