In order to solve the problem which the photoelectric autocollimator on verticalautomatism collimation system cannot aim the right-angle prism on rocket when the fueledrocket is swinging with the wind, this paper puts forward a design scheme which increasing aswing tracking mechanism in front of the photoelectric autocollimator. The swing trackingmechanism uses TV tracking system technology and is composed of image processing section,optical transmission section and servo control section. The image processing sectioncompletes image acquisition and image tracking. The optical transmission section completesreal-time transmission of the optical path. The servo control section completes servo trackingoperation.According to the application environment of the swing tracking mechanism, this papermakes use of wave gate MAD (minimum absolute difference) algorithm to complete fasttarget acquisition and target tracking, makes use of least square method to complete offsetcompensation of moving target, makes use of fuzzy-PID control algorithm to complete motorspeed and position control.Design an image processing platform based on TMS320DM642DSP. Design a servocontrol platform based on TMS320F2812DSP. This paper also completes the design of imagetracking algorithm, completes the software design of serial communication module of imageprocessing section, completes the software design of URAT communication module, encoderreceiver module, complex control module and motor drive module of servo control sectionand completes the system debugging of target tracking simulation section, image processingsection, optical transmission section and servo control section of swing tracking mechanism.Finally the tracking performance of the swing tracking mechanism is tested, the erroris analyzed and the improving methods are proposed.
