The sliding mode algorithm is a control algorithm that has been widely used invarious fields, which inherent chattering phenomenon seriously affects the applied inengineering practice. Although fuzzy sliding mode control algorithm can well solve thechattering problem, but too many fuzzy rules and a lot of computing restricted itsdevelopment. In addition, when the control of higher order complex system with thisalgorithm, whether to need to decouple and how to design decoupling strategy is moreconcerned with people issues.In this paper, a single-input decoupled fuzzy sliding mode control algorithm isproposed for the sixth-order nonlinear system and research how to select the control gainof the algorithm this paper proposed. The study of single input fuzzy sliding mode controlalgorithm is mainly based on the previous studies, according to the actual situation of sixorder nonlinear, single-input decoupled fuzzy sliding mode control from four ordernonlinear system is extended to six order nonlinear system. Due to the single input fuzzycontrol has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation and small computation, it issuitable for complex control algorithms and it can be used to improve the performance ofcontrol system. With a single input fuzzy control to simplify fuzzy sliding mode control,which can simplify the design process and improve the efficiency of design. Aiming at theoriginal single-input decoupled sliding mode control can only control four order nonlinearsystems, this paper proposed a decoupling strategy for six order nonlinear system. Thestrategy make the single-input decoupled fuzzy sliding mode control strategy cancompletely control the six order nonlinear system. This paper also carried out with theSimulink simulation, the experimental results confirm the decoupling strategies designedin this paper can effectively decoupling system. By comparing with the other decouplingalgorithm of six order system, the strategy proposed in this paper has the better controlperformance.This paper also argues the selection of control gain of single-input decoupled fuzzysliding mode control at the end of the article. As the particle swarm algorithm has theadvantages of simple implementation and strong ability in global optimization, this paperuses PSO algorithm to select optimum control gain. However, the particle swarmalgorithm is sometimes the emergence of the phenomenon of premature convergence. Inorder to overcome this shortcoming, this paper proposed that using randomness of chaoticalgorithm to improve particle swarm algorithm. Through MATLAB simulation, show that the convergence and global searching ability of chaotic particle algorithm is better than thebasic particle swarm algorithm.
