"YiLi" is known as a book of ancient Chinese social life which records variousceremonies in ancient China. Since normalized and compiled,"YiLi" has played afar-reaching impact on the ancient Chinese social interaction and behavior. It is animportant classic that can help us to study traditional Chinese culture as well as tobuild modern and harmonious interpersonal relationships.This paper applies the method of literature analysis combined with inductiveargument, the main research content is as follows:First of all, analyze outward propagation behavior reflected among differentclasses in order to seek for the deep-seated structural model and interpersonalcommunication concept.Second, this research will integrate communication studies and ecology studiesand regards interpersonal communication as an eco-system. With the phone, Internetand other new media appeared more and more changes of people’s thinking andexchanges forms are created. People rely on the new media, to build a newecological pattern of interpersonal communication, which change the traditionalmode of transmission, habits, and relationships among people.And then, the new ecological patterns of interpersonal communication,however, are necessarily based on the traditional forms and have traditionalinterpersonal stigma genes, even dross. In other words, the modern interpersonalcommunication ecology like "YiLis" is rooted in the traditional values and ideals,and also beyond its breakthrough.Finally, a new eco-system construction, in the beginning of its development,there must be immature and imperfect problems. Therefore, this research refers tothe ecological laws of interpersonal communication in the "YiLi" and analyzes thedigestion and discrete, interpersonal utilitarian, dissemination elements missing,technical failures and other imbalances legal characteristics existed in modernecological interpersonal communication. It also proposes practical optimizationstrategies in terms of communication subject, the media and the macroeconomicenvironment to develop communication networks, promote good popularity chainand build a green and harmonious interpersonal communication modern ecology.
