In recent years, the number of the subscribers has been increasing rapidly, and theresearch of new wireless service has been made and developed. The growing demand of highwireless data transmission and the mobile Internet service are needed more and more. However, the spectrum resource is limited. How to effectively use the limited spectrumresource is the pivotal matter of the third and fourth generation wireless communication. At present, the3G network is constructing and applying. It is a meaningful work tosimulate and analysis of the base stations to improve the spectrum utilization. In this paper westudy the core idea of the Monte-Carlo simulation and simulate the best distant of the basestations in dense urban area to provide reference for the later base station construction. In the many new technologies of4G network, it is a method to use many algorithms toestimate the channel to improve the spectrum utilization. In this paper, we research andanalysis RLS algorithm and the improved RLS algorithm to estimate the system. Thesimulation results show that with the increased number of transmit antennas and receiveantennas and the increased signal to noise ratio, using the improved RLS algorithm candecrease the mean square error. And in this paper, we research and analysis the subspacechannel estimation algorithm. To generate virtual antennas, we can reduce the number ofphysical receiver antennas. Therefore, it has high application value. In order to provide morequality services for the users in the limited spectrum resource, more and more newtechnologies are constantly applied in mobile communication system.
