A flexible,non-contact, high-speed, high-precision detection technology requirements in order tobe able to meet modern production, this paper, based on the principle of lightrefraction, using CCD image information of the quartz tube as the main sensor partsacquisition, resulting in a quartz tube parameters photoelectric measuring method ofthe information, which belongs to a non-contact measurement.Articles on the law of refraction measuring the optical principle of thequartz tube wall thickness and other parameters derived in detail, and focuses on theselection of the CCD image sensor, the timing drive pulse as well as the CCD outputsignal processing.
