Electronic nose is a kind of artificial olfactory system, and the core part of electronicnose is gas sensor array. The selectivity and sensitivity of gas sensor array can beimproved by the combination of different performance sensor. But how to combination,namely array optimization, has always been a difficult issue, especially from theperspective of material combination and array device process. Because gas sensitivematerial preparation and performance control method are numerous, and cause:1. materialpreparation is time consuming;2. the material properties fast evaluation is difficult;3.material combination is huge and array optimization is inefficiency. In the face of allthese problems, this article adopt a gas sensitive parallel preparation technology, designand manufacture a gas sensitive material high throughput test platform, and put forward aefficient array optimization method based on material clustering, and try to find a smellgood selective general array which has good response to nature smell, and finally realizethe array device manufacturing and packaging.Design and manufacture a gas sensitive material high throughput test platform, whichhas36test channel and high test efficiency; dispense with gas sensitive material made intodevice, directly into material chip, which can improve the production efficiency; thedevice With large resistance measuring range, can test500Ω-100MΩ, and test error isless than5%; Test platform has accurate temperature control, and temperature controlprecision is in±1°C; testing software simple operation.Mainly detecting indoor air pollutants, parallel prepare A and B material chip madeof the metal salt ion surface modification. Based on gas sensitive material high throughputtest platform, screen out eight materials which have good response to8indoor airpollutants, and make a gas array device. This device has small volume (23×17×10mm`3),low power consumption (90mw/element) etc, and can be used for real-time monitoring ofindoor air quality. In order to find a good selective general array to natural smell, parallel prepare SnO2and WO336material point material chip, based on gas sensitive material high throughputtest platform, and test23nature original smell. Optimization of the array is proposedbased on material clustering constrained search method, and research shows that thismethod improves search efficiency. Based on the search get8element combination array,and the recognition rate (leave-one-out) of the array to23original smell is as high as98.4%.
