Experimental teaching is a very important part of the teaching process. However, dueto the special circumstances of our country, the development of each region is unbalanced, and the resource allocation of them is unbalanced too. Therfore, in many underdevelopedregions, experimental teaching is seriously lagging behind. Virtual experiments provide agood solution to this problem. For the past few years, some achievements are made inVirtual Experiment and its standardization research. The standardization of VirtualExperiment is conducive to the sharing and reuse of Virtual Experiment resources and tocollaborative work of Virtual Experiment platform. XML format is the binding standard ofVirtual Experiment Standard system, thererfore, the development of an XML filevalidating system has a very important study and practical significance. In this thesis, we describe the design and implementation of the XML File ValidatingSystem, which has innovative features, scalability, and maintainability. And of the coremodule of this system is extracted and released as a generic XML file validation tool. Themain research achievements include:1) The validation rules of XML file are saved usingconfiguration files, stripped from the program code of the validation process, to reduce thedegree of coupling between it and other modules;2) The concept of validation strategy isproposed to make the rules flexible, so that the developer of Virtual Experiment resourcescan be guided and the development efficiency can be improved.3) The degree of couplingbetween validating process and the validating results appearance mode is reduced toachieve the validating results appearance mode scalable, and to help the VirtualExperiment resources developer better. The design and inplementation of this system ismodular and hierarchical to sovle the problem of frequent changes in demand. This thesis proposes a new XML file validating method, and an XML file validatingsystem is designed and developed on this basis to meet the demand of resourcespecification validating in Virtual Experiment demonstration platform.
