Electricity resource is so important for human’s daily life, as the pillar industry for thedevelopment of the national economy.These years, with the continuous development ofeconomy, the monitoring technology of substation is also constant upgrading, which istransferred from manned to automatic, however, in the western remote areas of the InnerMongolia, this model has not been used or only used in several substation for the badweather, so there is still a lot of deficiencies in monitoring technology which is needed toimprove.These days,the integrated automation monitoring technology in substation has beendeveloped more mature, still the dispatch center staffs always can only see the field data,not the images of the scene, in this case, it appears a new name “Five yao”, it adds theremote viewing in the monitoring system which is based on the "Four Yao". Remoteviewing is the supplement for “Four Yao”, who makes up some blind spots for the SCADAsystem in the monitoring technology. At present, this technology has been used in thepower supply bureau of Inner Mongolia, but the desired effect is not achieved. In practice,it is difficult to make two systems to do integrated monitoring and centralized management,and the video monitoring technology commonly used as security systems on the market isnot professional, which mostly are just to the overall monitoring, due to the complexity andsmall gap of substation equipment structure, it is hard to see remote working condition ofeach equipment and determine position overall for common emote viewing system like this,it doesn’t make good effect on installing this remote viewing system.Put forward to solve this problem using GIS technology to complete the geographiclocation of the substation construction basic queries.Specific positioning device and anelectrical system diagram with the aid of the substation is described.Perimerter,etc need tomonitor security diagram is used to describe the location,And in the two pictures as areproduction.Set the alarm monitoring points and field monitoring the camera for bindingof electric equipment,realize the accurate positioning of the video linkage system.Due tothe usual video streaming and monitoring data quantity is larger.So this topic has come up with a solution.Only to the alarm information uploaded to the alarm server,when has theaccident to the staff present geographic and on-site surveillance images.For no alert datausing normal monitoring functions,Such a scheme is more convenient dispatch personnelto correct judgment,command,and make sure the system run stable.This topic preliminaryto the composite automatic alarm receiving data,through the bound data attribute in themap,video cameras, the ID of the binding,completed the map with the video linkagefunction.That led to the development of intelligent monitoring and control technology ofthe electric power industry the premise.
