The subject of paper comes from technology research project of University of Liaoning province education institution New Method of Direct Torque Control Based on Intelligent Optimization and Predicable Control.One hand the paper made the theoretic analysis of direct torque control and validated it.Based on timing request of asynchronous motor and controller development actuality and tend,analyising the influence which is the configuration and control parameter of direct torque control to the system dynamic performance.On the other hand the effective project is brought forward to the analysis result.Advancing the stability dynamic performance of the direct torque control system.One of the papers is researching emphases to analyze the ripple problem of direct torque control in the low frequency.Infection is analyzed from theory and system configuration which is varied factors to ripple amplitude of direct torque control in the low frequency.And validate analysis result from determining the nature and fix quantifying by computer simulation.The paper validated several improved methods based on forward analysis.And the method put forward is that the direct torque control system based on flux linkage prediction and parameter optimization.From the different frequency,the two different predicable methods is adopted and made becoming configuration control.In the subaltern low speed region,the partition of flux linkage region is added and the system optimizes the choice of switch vector.In exceeding low speed region,the system utilizes prediction to reduce the ripple of torque.Synchronously the genetic algorithm(GA) is used to optimize system parameters.GA solves the problem that predictive control makes the system increase dependence to parameters.The simulation model of direct torque control system is built by the soft of MATLAB/SIMULINK.The result of simulation testifies the method can effective reduce low frequency rotor speed ripple.And the system dynamic performance has giant improvement.
