Along with the promotion of the processor’s speed and the complication of theapplications,the program Was divided into different tasks in order to optimize the allocationof the CPU and the system resource between different tasks.Also,the timeliness and thereliability of the program should be ensured.A shortened period of product development andhigh production efficiency could be achieved when using the high performance Real TimeOperation System(RTOS).This thesis studies an example of the application of the highperformance ARM processor and embedded real time operation system-μC/OS-Ⅱcombination used in temperature control field.Software structure and hardware compositionof the temperature control system based on μC/OS-Ⅱ was particularly discussed in differentparts.At the beginning of article we mainly briefly introduce the32-bit ARM processor andembedded operating system, and then design the hardware and software of the system partaccording to the application requirements of the system. As known as a complete embeddedsystem hardware platform mainly include the design of the main circuit, the design of externalcommunication circuit, the design of system development debug circuit and the design of filesystem to store circuit etc. Among them, the main body including power supply circuit,clocking circuit and reset circuit, system memory expansion circuit; External communicationand control circuit include serial communication system development and debugging circuit,Ethernet communication interface circuit; File storage circuit of mainly includes the SD cardand NAND FLASH memory storage circuit; And introduces the composition of each modulecircuit. Software platform part are mainly introduced embedded operating system, At first we give the reason why choose μ C/OS-Ⅱ as our development operating system of this project,and then to the characters we roughly introduces it, then detailed presented transplant processon the basis of the task scheduling mechanism analysis, and finally summarized the transplantprocess. As is known to all embedded software design and implementation are inseparablefrom cross-compiling environment, at the end of the article gives how to establishcross-compiling environment and compile tools, lists the system software diagram and part ofthe code.
