The technology of Three-Network Convergence is developing rapidly. At present,China has realized the integration of telecommunications network and Internet. The nextstep is to achieve the integration of broadcast network and other two networks. In2008,China Radio and Television Department and Ministry of Science and Technology signeda protocol jointly. The protocol requires researchers to build NGB (Next GenerationBroadcasting) which can be suited to the national conditions of China and combinewired and wireless technologies based on the technologies of the overall conversion ofdigital cable television and CMMB. The NGB-W is an important part of the NGB.Under CMMB multiplexing scheme, Digital broadcasting multiplexing transmissionstream data is further adapted in this paper. One kind multiplexing scheme of NGB-Wtransmission is designed to be compatible with CMMB by a variety of multiplexingmethods such as TDM. The work and innovations in this paper are as follows:1) A CMMB*multiplexing adaptation scheme which is suitable for NGB-W isproposed. This scheme is about the optimization and upgrading of CMMB. The schemecan make the multiplexing frame of CMMB be compatible with multiplexing frame ofCMMB*. The quality and quantity of program transmission are imploved greatlycompared with CMMB by further multiplexing adaptation of MPEG-2transmissionstream. Complexing adaption function is realized by business stream processing unitand resource management unit. In business stream processing unit, logical transmissionpipeline mapping, user packet processing, baseband frame forming and scrambledprograms are used obtain the baseband frame which can help modulator code andmodulate neatly. In resource management, the scheduling scheme which can maketransmission multiplexing frame matching composite frame are obtained by calculatingphysical frame capacity and according to business stream characteristics.2) A transmission multiplexing scheme which is suitable for NGB-W is proposed.In This scheme, CMMB broadcast channel frame is used as NGB-W composite frameand CMMB*multiplexing frame can be compatible with CMMB multiplexing frame bya variety of multiplexing methods such as TDM. Each NGB-W composite frame isneatly provided a plurality of successive CMMB*multiplexing frames and CMMB multiplexing frames. The lengh of each CMMB multiplexing frame is interger multipleof the CMMB multiplexing frame slot.3) CMMB*multiplexing adapter is developd by using multiplexing scheme ofNGB-W transmission which proposed in this paper including business streamprocessing module, Scheduling module, BSP module and network management module.The function of CMMB*multiplexing adaptation is demonstrated by simulation. Theresults show that the scheme proposed in this paper is effective and feasible.
