The space-based measurement of atmospheric background is the basic work forthe missile precaution and interception. Recently, with the development of aerospacetechnology and information technology, a vast amounts of measurement data can beobtained. However, how to manage these data effectively is prerequisite for asuccessful ground processing system.In this dissertation, the overall structure of management system for ground datais designed, the database subsystem is designed and developed, the databasemanagement subsystem is designed, and the database subsystem and databasemanagement subsystem are integrated and tested.In the aspect of the overall design of management system for ground data, asthe distributed way of management systems exist the problems of poor efficiencyand easy crashes. Centralized management and client/server(CMCS) access mode isa proper schema to solve such problems. With the help of database technology, aCMCS data management system is built to control the vast data.In the aspect of designing and developing database subsystem, according tofunctional requirements of processing system for measuring data. MATLAB isselected as the development tool in order to protect the compatibility between themanagement system and the processing system. This dissertation also explains thestrategy of database architecture, database establishment, database securitymanagement and the database table generation. ORACLE is used to constructdatabase subsystem, which is the core of the data management system.In the aspect of designing database management subsystem, functions asdatabase connection, query and deletion is realized in the environment of MATLAB.As the difference of database accessing mechanism for different data type inMATLAB, JDBC interface protocol is used to access the non-image data, whileADO interface protocol is used to access image data.In the aspect of integration and testing of ground data management system. AGUI of database management subsystem is developed to make the human-computercommunication friendly, especially for the operation of database connection,processing, query and deletion. Using the hybrid programming technology ofMATLAB, Database, Toolbox and SQL, we complete the integration and testing ofthe database subsystem and the database management subsystem. At present, thedata management system has connected and tested with the ground processingsystem. Results show that the developed data management system meets therequirements completely, works stably and is able to satisfy practical application.
