Water environmental quality evaluation is in accordance with the selection of water quality parameters, water quality standards and calculation methods, to make assessment water use value and water treatment requirements. The purpose of the evaluation is mainly reflect the quality and the current water pollution situation, find out the change of water quality development law, identify the main pollution in river basin,for water pollution control, water function area, water environmental planning and management of water environment to provide the basis.This paper on the relevant concepts of artificial neural network and its practical applications in various fields has carried on the simple introduction. The second focuses on the fuzzy neural network model of the structure, principle, algorithm and its characteristics. Then introduces the artificial neural network and fuzzy system with the combination of the principle of fuzzy neural network based on T-S model, algorithm and characteristics. Due to the existing of Ningxia section of the Yellow River on water quality evaluation result is generally affected by the valuator subjective factors, led to the lack of objectivity of evaluation results and the accuracy is not high. In view of this, this paper using fuzzy neural networks based on T-S model have self-organization, strong adaptability, can use a simple function of the complex to achieve complex multivariate function advantage, through the sample selection, training and simulation experiment demonstrated that will be fuzzy neural network based on T-S model is used in water quality evaluation of feasibility.With samples of the Yellow River in Ningxia water quality inspection training good fuzzy neural network based on T-S model,the results show that this model is evaluation results of accuracy and precision are high, through the analysis of the instance and the BP network model and the fuzzy neural network model, found that it is not only feasible in the evaluation of water quality, and high applicability, objective and reasonable results, with in-depth development of the research value and good application prospects. But for the Yellow River basin water pollution prevention and protection of water resources provides the important reference. |
