| With the development and popularity of the technologies on computer network and communication, a lot of online learning and training platform arise in universities and companies. Since the learning methods of E-learning have "space-time separation" and "study in anytime, anywhere", it is now sought after by more and more people.However, with the using of E-learning platform, we found that the construction of current digital instructional resource mainly exist the following problems:1. Low utilization of teaching resource. Now the online teaching resource is growing explosively, but the quality is uneven. Learners can not identify the advantages and disadvantages of resources, which make the effective utilization of resources is not high.2. Low reuse rate of teaching resources. Each E-learning platform developed corresponding teaching resources and courses for themselves, which cannot be reused and transplantation between platforms. Therefore it caused a great waste of manpower and material resources.In order to solve these problems, in this paper we proposed the SCORM standard of digital instructional resource personalized recommendation system under study. To carry out the research work mainly includes the following three aspects:First, this paper in consideration of learners’ learning process, the SCORM standard and on the basis of the personalized recommendation technology, build the SCORM digital teaching resource management model, and the digital teaching resource management model is described.Second, the SCORM model based on the research of the digital teaching resource management, based on the personalized recommendation technology in collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm principle and the advantages and disadvantages, combined with the feature of learners’ learning behavior, constructed the SCORM standard digital teaching resources under the recommended model, designed and implemented based on collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm.Third, on the basis of the above research work, this paper designs and implements the SCORM digital instructional resource system based on collaborative filtering technology, and has carried on the evaluation to this system. Measurement data analysis results show that the proposed recommendation system for learners to find high quality digital instructional resource has a good promoting effect.Research of this paper for the co-construction and sharing of digital teaching resource, improve the learning efficiency of learners to be able to play a active role. |
