With the continuous progress of science and technology, the field of machinery industry toward the development of precision, Miniaturization of the elements and trace of the motion displacement is becoming one of the main future research directions, the technology of precise positioning is becoming more and more important and urgent. Therefore the development of functional use, practical and convenient, high precision positioning platform and cost-effective motion control system has broad application prospects.In modern production, we need to complete two-dimension precise positioning or multidimensional space orientation in a very short period of time, multidimensional space orientation can be used in the field of robot, it has been wildly used in modern industry control and field of car and complete many functions, as two-dimension precise positioning can be used in the field of curve and mark.Developed a two-axis coordinated motion based on virtual cam which SIMATIC T-CPU provided so as to fulfill precise positioning of two-dimensional. It contains three parts as follows:1. Design of mechanical parts. Design the mechanical part according to the characteristics of the environment where it used.2. Design of communication. Use the profibus DP protocol to connect the control and the driver parts. Use the OPC protocol to connect the components in the factory.3. Software design. Use the S7-Technology to configure the axis and the cam plates corresponding to the axis, by control the cam plate to achieve the coordination between the axis so as to fulfill precise positioning of two-dimensional. Design the software to control the system to let itThe whole automatic system has the advantage of simple configuration, high automation. The result of experiment shows that the settings coincide with the actual value. mechanical error less than0.1mm, meet the requirements of precise positioning.
