In general, when it comes to the cognition of images for people, the color of images catches people’s eyes deeply which impacts people’s visual sense intuitively, and affects people’s judgment for the image itself directly. For cameras, image output devices and other image relative devices, the higher fidelity means the better ability to analyze and deal with the color image. Indeed, high fidelity image equipment helps people to the understanding on the image itself, while the higher fidelity of requirement image equipment for color’s correction ability is stronger. So the image of the color’s correction has very important practical value.In this paper, the main points are the research of algorithm of color correction based on four-band images which including850nm infrared, and the introduction of the present classical algorithm domestic and abroad regarding with the correction of color images. However, when the classic algorithms apply to the four images, the result is not so satisfying. Based on the analysis of four images on the deviation degree, this paper combines with YCbCr and HSL color space and used the idea of adaptive applications of white balance correction in the image processing area. The results of experiment show that the method could solve most area of color correction for four band image, which lays the foundation for the next research on color correction for four band image.
