Thanks to the continuous development of our country’s economy and the constant improvement of our people’s living standard, keeping the whole people’s body and mind sound is the precondition of developing our economy and society sustainably, as well as one of the important factors of making our people’s living conditions better and better. The entire Party and the society at large must pay special attention to medicine services to protect and strengthen people’s health. National Health Conference of China in2010has stressed the importance of the construction of information system for community health services. With the progress of informationization, it has become an inevitable tendency for the development of our country’s community health services to build a reasonable-in-function, quick-and-convenient, and highly synthetic information system. However, in the present construction of information system for community health services, the data of every community is typically stored exclusively, and cannot communicate and exchange with that of any other community. Recently, due to the increase of people floating, it is very hard to follow up and analyze steadily the health data of residents. Therefore, the information system based on centralized data cannot meet the requirements of the future development of community health services.Based on the project of community health services system of Specific customer, the thesis makes a brief explanation of the current situation and existing problems in the development of information system for community health services in our country, and gives a full analysis of the structure, characteristics, and advantages of distributed database system, as follows:Firstly, I have designed data query, data schedule, and database recovery for the project of Specific customer community health services system. All these designs have realized the conformity of the data from different service stations in logic, the remote query of data, and the recovery of local database. Secondly, by invoking MatLab, the system makes an approximate forecast of the formulas that will be worked out from historical data, of the indexes in the coming few years, such as birth rate and death rate, and then compares the forecast results with the actual ones. In addition, the system tends to revise formulas constantly in order to forecast all the indexes as accurate as possible.Thirdly, on the basis of survey, analysis, and demonstration in terms of the requirements of every part involved in Specific customer community health services, I have attempted to find out the organization and function of them, and then have made out the future system’s business process, and thus, its function and performance requirements. From all the above, an information system for community health services based on distributed database follows.Finally, I have proposed a plan to set up an information system for community health services, and have provided a detailed explanation of the design of every function sub-module, including some function structure charts, business process charts and application effect figures of some of the sub-modules.
