Pulse-taking is one of the very important skills of examining disease in traditional Chinese medical science, it has abundant traditional Chinese medical cultural characteristic, and has very important position in the four way examination "see, smell, ask and touch" of traditional Chinese medical science.<difficulty lection> says, according to the air from patient’s mouth, you can already know what disease the patient has inside him..........Pulse-taking has both very good reference value and important meaning in distinguishing patient’s condition, expounding pathogenesis, guiding treatment, and deducing prognosis. But, because pulse-taking itself is very mysteries, during the pulse-taking process, doctor’s subjective factor effects a lot, it’s very difficult to control and apply exactly, there is one saying,"pulsing is subtle, it’s difficult to distinguish it, it’s easy to know by heart, but difficult to explain and clear it through hands." How to use the modern advanced science and technology to explain and study the traditional Chinese medical pulse-taking, and try to realize the scientization, externalization and datamation of pulse-taking as soon as possible, and how to enhance better inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medical pulse science, is a very big challenge in front of us. With the speed development of modern sensor technology, electronic technique, computer technology and mathematical statistics method, it has brought up the chance of externalizing studying on traditional Chinese medical pulse-taking.The basic needs of pulse-taking externalization is to develop high performance pulse sensor machine, to replace using hand to touch the pulse information. It can be said that the a of pulse sensor machine is the most important link of whole pulse checking system, the information it gets will effect the analysis of information later directly, and decides the checking performance of system in the end. Because only through the information the sensor machine collects can reflect the objective reality exactly, then the data deal and analysis in the later process can have actual meaning. The single probe sensor machine is the most popular way in present pulse checking equipment, after long time studying and analyzing, find that because the special construction of single probe sensor machine, it can not distinguish the axial tensile force and radial pulse force. When you do pulse checking, it restricts the vascular mechanics parameters and more pulse information collection, this leads that the information collected is difficult to reflect all the pulse information, and restricts the more exact determine and quantify analysis of pulse condition. In allusion to up problems, to ensure the accurate data collection,clear pulse condition, and show various kinds of electropulsogram from different angle and different multifunction. This thesis is based on the abundant studying of characteristic of different pulse sensor machine, using PVDF material which has coercionary electrical property, to design a new style pulse sensor machine which fits the character of traditional Chinese medical finger touching way, and which has the character of simple construction, easy to integration, high sensitivity, and convenient for checking the axial tensile force and radial pulse force at the same time. According to the needs of experiment, also has designed signal conditioning circuit and data collection system, to magnify and denoising the weak charge signal comes from PVDF pulse sensor machine, through data collection card and express it to computer to do further analysis and dispose. Through dynamic testing analysis and pulse testing experiment, the experiment shows, the pulse sensor machine made of PVDF has good performance, and has high practical value.
