Research And Development Of The Naked-eye3D Phone Camera System

Due to new technologies, the function of cell improves completely, cells’ and other mobile devices’ status in the dairy life is increased. The naked3D technology is a new optical display technology with the immersive sense and stereo feeling, which is defined as the most viable next generation display technology in the New Display Technology Development "1025" planning produced by The Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China. The electronic products with naked3D technology will become the trend of development.3D camera system is an important part of naked3D cell.The CMOS structure,the precision, soft and hard system decide the quality of3D pictures. The article based on analyzing naked3D function,requirement of optical system,effect of3D camera and calibration accuracy study naked3D cell camera system from the following two parts mainly(1) Design of3D camera system. Dual camera structure parameters affecting3D visual images are explored and then the structure about dual CMOS3D sensor is analysed and designed. Lastly, the software system and application software are customized and wrote by using VS2005.(2) Calibrating of3D sensor. Combined with the previous calibration theory, the calibration algorithm is optimized, the color distortion parameter of3D sensor is studied and calibrated,and then a calibration way being fit for3D portable mobile devices is proposed. The method uses LCD as a dynamic calibration target, and then uses Matlab software to write calibration programs to finish all parameters’ calibration.The designing modular3D camera reaches the design requirement and naked3D camera system works steadily. New calibration method not only gets internal and external parameters precisely, but also provides the characterization parameter of reverting color to camera system by obtaining the color distortion parameter.
