In order to be able to adapt to the development of modern ELINT and ESM in the environment with complicated electronic warfare signals, it is necessary to recognize the radar signals and distinguish the attributes of radars with a high confidence. So the analysis of radar signal intra-pulse feature can describe the radar signal deeply. In this thesis, we listed seven radar signals (CP, LFM, NLFM, BPSK, QPSK,2FSK,4FSK) as the main object of study, and studied three radar signal intra-pulse feature recognition algorithms based on the analysis in frequency domain. And based on the results, we laid the foundation for the subsequent meticulous analysis of the signal parameters by the detection and parameter estimation for P3/P4polyphase codes signal.Firstly, the thesis began with a brief introduction about the three radar signal intra-pulse feature recognition algorithms based on the analysis in frequency domain, the simulation results of the three algorithms can be given on the basis of the specific simulation conditions; secondly, against the problem of the low SNR environment, thesis focused on study of radar signal intra-pulse feature recognition based on the feature of spectral correlation, and gave the detailed process of feature recognition, We could analysis and recognize radar signals with different modulations by the combination of these feature extraction algorithms, and we could test the possibility of the algorithm by the simulation. Finally, against the problems of detection and parameter estimation for P3/P4polyphase codes signal, joint algorithms based on the integrated quadratic phase function and Fractional Fourier transform are proposed, and the detection performance and parameter estimation performance is evaluated by computer simulations.
