Visual sense of the maps andinformation of geographic analysis could form data by GIS, then stored in the databasefor scientific studies.This design mainly draws electronic Map of mall by info drawing software of Mapmobile Internet information system. Designing the evacuation safety assessment systemfor a shopping mall by development of Visual C++and use of Map mobile Internetinformation system. With tools such as Zoom in, Zoom out, arrows, arrow selection, theshape of the hand to realize the function of the area evacuation safety assessment,distance evacuation safety assessment, hawkeye, mall evacuation safety assessment andso on.
