| Under the rapid rise in science and technology, the electronic industry information driven by the market economy has become the trend of world development. In our daily work, the previous letters, telegrams and other traditional means of communication is gradually replaced by current network, telephone, mail or instant messaging, which greatly facilitates the communication between peoples. By the development of technology, we start looking for better communication mode to satisfy the requiement of aspectant communication, under the drive of this certain condition, the video conference system has become the important method to solve this problem. China's video communication industry has experienced a very long time, the video conference system, that belongs to the application of high-end market products, was initially only used in government, financial and other medium-sized enterprises and hold higher prices. Furthermore, this kind of system had more defects and often lead to problems about meeting results because of the transmission medium and other factors of instability. Therefore, we urgently need an alternative to appear, this is the High-Definition(HD) video conference information system.The video conference system for forestry information work just develops rapidly under above background. In order to facilitate the overall plan and implementation of forest fire prevention, pest control, forest resources survey and other works, all levels of the national forest system work together in the process of building HD video conference systems, and realize the system careful construction and reasonable mix for equipments, in the purpose of making existing information system be able to work fully for their benefits.Construction of HD video conference system can be carried out according to two frameworks H.323 and H.320 of ITU-T recommendation, which can form two different building programs. On the other hand, it has been an application problem that how to realize the reasonable match to the configuration of scientific equipments according to their business, which can make the arrangement of HD video equipments scientific, echelon-based and without bottlenecks.This thesis expatiates the background and meanings of this task, introduces the development status and related international protocol criterion of video conference system, as well as the key techniques and evaluatinon standard of constructing the system. After analysizing the requirement of HD vedio system constructure for BinZhou Forest Bureua in details, we have completed the video conference equipments choosing, designed and realized a set of integrate HD video conference system based on special network of forest syetem in Binzhou, and developed a set of terminal software. Finally the conclusion and evaluation results of system are given. |
