Nowadays, the fast pavement of digital communication and multi-applications inmobile phones triggers a great demand of bandwidth. However, limited bandwidthwhich could be applied into practical applications constrained the development of futurewireless network. FCC’s dynamic bandwidth allocation scheme not only sets up amilestone for wireless network, but also starts a new way to improve the efficiency ofthe usage in bandwidth. Cognitive network is proposed for bandwidth sharing for futurewireless network. As the cognitive user in this kind of network could detect andestimate the channels’ condition, they could compete with each other aiming atimproving their utility. This paper, based on incomplete information, will mainly do researches on thebehaviors of secondary users in the cognitive network through Game Theory basics. Inorder to enhance the efficiency of bandwidth, the model is simulated based on more realcases, where secondary users could not share the total information of the system. ThenBayesian equilibrium is ruled out as the results of this model. Furthermore, the formerworks about sharing always assume that the quantity of bandwidth could meet thedemand of second network, but in the reality there might be less bandwidth whichwould be not enough for all the secondary users to share. Thus more works on heuristicmethod are given to rule out the issues about how to share the bandwidth when theresources are limited. Moreover, when secondary users occupy the channels, the package transmittingwould definitely influence primary one. How to trigger the primary network’scooperation on bandwidth sharing is also of great importance. Through modeling andsimulating, this problem is solved by a new scheme. Unilateral bargaining is based onthe situation when one network could only get the partial information about anothernetwork which is very well matching with the cognitive network about the negotiatingbetween the primary network and secondary network. In this model, the final procedureis given about how to price the spectrum in reality.
