The demobilized people from military who have become an important force inlocal economic and social construction, but also the backbone of national defense.However, because of Dispersion of Distribution and changing of the individualinformation, this is difficult to accurately grasp their fundamentals relying ontraditional methods。With the rapid development of information technology and the Population ofthe Internet, computer networks have infiltrated every aspect of human life. Theinformation technology applied to the information management for demobilizedpeople from military, the realization of the information of the management,Accurately grasping the situation which not only for managers and policy makers toprovide more accurate and more scientific basis for decision making but also greatlyimprove efficiency, provide a reference for national defense mobilization needs forlocal economic construction, personnel support and have greater relevance.At present, the local personnel departments and the military departments eachdevelop a management system for demobilized cadres. But the two systemsindependently, the data is not compatible with each other and is not conducive to themanagement and maintenance, not achieve timely information on the dynamics ofmanagement, therefore, can not meet the current needs of information management.Based on the research and analysis of management information systems at homeand abroad status, combined with the information management for the demobilizedpeople from military features: staff widely distributed, Large amounts of data,complex information processing. In this thesis, the implementation of informationmanagement system for the demobilized people from military: Using LAMP (Linux+Apache+MySQL+PHP) technology to establish based on browser/server structureof the web applications that use Linux as the operating system, Apache as the Webserver, MySQL as the database, PHP as a programming language.Meanwhile, due to the confidentiality of military jobs personnel the informationcharacteristics of high, requires a system with high security, this thesis describes thesystem safety design, including the WEB application security, operating systemsecurity solutions, php security programming, operational security, the definition ofthe role and powers of division. The system can achieve the share of data through the network and meet therequirement both military departments and the local personnel departments, andeffectively improve the management. This system can improve the backwardmanagement for the demobilized people from military in Guizhou Province,and laythe foundation for building the digital military construction.
