Now the business is also the original single TV business into avariety of value-added business, compared to the original network managementbusiness has undergone tremendous changes, only the application of database data anddrawings had not been able to meet the current management business.The continuous expansion of business based on space, powerful data managementand analysis ability based on GIS system, the construction of information applicationplatform for the radio and television industry is to be imperative. The city map,re-integration of industry data, processes and functions, realize the equipment data, thedigital television network system operation data, monitoring data, user datamanagement and maintenance.Cable TV network management of GIS application development platformdesigned in this dissertation is based on the Dongying area of electronic map, C/S andB/S architecture based on Visual, using Studio.net2003and Java as the developmenttool, the backstage database management system and the implement of the designplatform with Oracle Standard8i. The design and Realization of the main function isdivided into drawing approval subsystem, base map maintenance subsystem, pipe rodroad maintenance subsystem, equipment management subsystem, network design andmaintenance subsystem, network management subsystem, system maintenancesubsystem, security and privilege management subsystem and the WEBGIS subsystem.The platform used for integrated network management brings convenient, improvework efficiency. |
