Design And Implementation Of Management Information System Of Kunming Metallurgy College’s Organizations

With the rapid development of the computer technology, the transactionmanagement of electronic information popularization is becoming a global scope. At thesame time, the traditional group service management pattern is gradually transferredinto automation management mode. Previous youth League Management usually adoptsmanual, paper-based archives management with low efficiency; however, this kind ofmanagement pattern may cause substantial loss of members. Based on this background,the Kunming College of Metallurgy is on the mission of setting up a group servicemanagement software system, decides to change the traditional management mode anduse a more advanced software management system. This paper discussed the design andimplementation of the Organization Information Management System.The information system is a typical case of the application of theory to practice.Based on the full investigation and analysis to the existing process of the Youth Leagueof Kunming College of Metallurgy, this paper made a detailed analysis on themanagement of business process within the data content, data control, and data transferaccording to the actual management features of occupational colleges. Then we use thesoftware engineering design to set up the information system, including the systemstructure design, database design, and detailed design. The information system isdeveloped by the Access2003, B/S, and Visual Basic6.0.After the actual research, this paper analyzed the user needs, and the system isdivided into six modules based on the function, these are: user management, memberinformation, price to pay, reword and punishment information, meeting and approvalprocess. We established the conceptual model of the system, drew the workflowdiagram of each functional module, and the deeply discussed the data sheet design andinterface design. Meanwhile, some humanization functions, such as file upload,download, and print, are added. At the completion of the system function, we designeda test document and test cases; the system was revised according to the test results.Considering the popularization and application, most functional module interfaceof the system are designed to provide more convenient mode of operation. The school leadership adored the application effect of the system for its optimization of the truemission Services Management, and further implementation of mission managementreform.
