| In the automatic control of the production process,signal needs to be collected andreported to the receiver of the data for processing. In the data acquisition system,communication is initiated by the master device, for a response from the slave device. Thewireless communication technology used in this process is currently a hot research field, thereliability of communication is one of the most concerned problems.A communication method of data acquisition system, based on AdHoc network, has beenconstructed. There are two types of communication: point to multipoint communication andpoint to point communication. The procedure of master device holding the status table andconfiguring all slave devices is point to multipoint communication. The procedure of masterdevice getting monitoring data from multiple slave devices and image data from one is pointto point communication. Point to multipoint communication process is composed of a singlebroadcast process and a repeat broadcast process. Point to point communication refers to theDSR routing protocol, and uses the information got from the broadcast process.To evaluate the reliability and real-time performance of the method by receiving rateã€confirm rateã€fault report rateã€packet delivery rate and average delay. The simulation resultshows that the method is of high reliability. And real-time performance can meet therequirements of industrial production process control. |
