Nowadays the computer science is developing greatly with the progress of society. The people depend so much on the convenience and efficiency of computer in their life and work. This paper is going to discuss the establishment of the credit management system specialized for some small and medium-sized commercial banks, which aims to make thoes banks work better in the credit areas.At present most small and medium-sized commercial banks cannot get rid of those relatively underdeveloped credit management and technology. This system the paper mentioned provides enough management tools for the financial loan institutions with various applications based on the model of bussiness progress and data control. The three-layered C/S(Client/Server) model which are pratised in the webpage design have been built in this system. Furthermore the SQL Server2005has also been applied as data base of backstage. This system has absorbed some features of management system in foreign commercial banks such as advancement and onvenience.This system organized the giant data base logically and efficiently according to the relative laws in China and the characteristics of Chinese commercial banks.In some degrees it can predict the future tendency,in this way, it will reduce the risks of investment relatively and provide the solid foundation of technology and guarantee. It can also offer somereal, comprehensive and scientific information and basis for making significant decisions.The senior staff in banks can use the forms of reporting statistics to prepare and arranget the next step of bussiness and management, improving the efficiency of credit system in Chinese commercial banks,offering more convenient service to the customers.
