Research And Implementation Of ASM Simulation Demonstration System Under C#

With the rapid development of the wireless communication technology, spectrum resources have been underutilized, which restricted the development of wireless communication. By sensing the spectrum environment around and allocate the spectrum in real time, cognitive radio appeared, which raised the utilization rate and decreased the spectrum waste by reusing the resources.The Advanced Spectrum Management which is proposed by the6th Framework Program of the European Commission is given in this paper. We researched the frame of the ASM system, and improved the communication part of the existing simulation system, and established the software simulation platform under C#, which includes the information source model, communication model and resource management model. We completed the simulation of the information source model, redacted the logic and the function of communication model and realized the resource management model. At last, we researched a spectrum allocation method based on Genetic Algorithm and simulated it under Matlab. The test results show that the algorithm improved the convergence rate, which could be applied in the system in future.
