With the development of information technology, users lose interest in traditionalmedia, radio, television, newspapers and other traditional media hit. According to theresearch firm according to the survey, there are some families in America because ofaccess to the Internet and return the subscribe to the newspaper. Status in our country,the traditional media will be shaken by new media, also has caused the industry inrecent years, no matter how is the result of the last debate, interactive new media withits unique resource advantage will have won a place in the media, for its impact ontraditional media market also is tangible. Currently China has144million Internetusers, in the face of such a vast and growing target audience, how the new media inthis growing market worth thinking of seeking interests for new media enterpriseā€™sdevelopment model and countermeasure research has certain practical significanceand reference value.New communication method, communication platform, the audience anddemand mode impact on the development of media companies, many scholars athome and abroad enterprise development model in new media research is absent a few,however, no system carding and discuss about it and tends to be skewed towards oneside. In this paper, the concept of new media, the development present situation, theprofit model on new media enterprise three levels of the system, analysis anddiscussion to the new media business model experience at home and abroad werereviewed, on the basis of comparative analysis, contact the actual case of use at thesame time, the new and old media describes the integration development of theenterprise model, and proposes the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion,finally in the conclusion the new media enterpriseā€™s future development trends arepredicted. In the process of research, this article combines the theory with practice,combining macro and micro, combination of traditional journalism and onlinejournalism, integrated management, marketing, sociology and communication studiesof theoretical knowledge and applied to the qualitative research is given priority to,combined with comparative analysis, induction, case law research methods, such asput forward the characteristics of new media businesses spread profit, pointed out thedeficiencies and problems of it, about how to reform and to evade effective andpositive Suggestions are put forward.
