With the development of WEB2.0, Microblog, as a platform of sharing, disseminating and obtaining information based on users’relationships, has become the main channel of social information dissemination. Following the rules of information dissemination in Microblog, the support for scientific decision-make in the field of information dissemination can be provided. We should have more research of it to understand the principles of information dissemination in Microblog. This paper introduces the concept of users’preferences, views each user as one agent abstractly and elaborates the mechanization of information dissemination in Microblog in microcosmic level.First, we discussed the particular pattern of information dissemination in Microblog community as well as the evolution of information dissemination network and defined the problem about information sharing in formal to go into the interior of information dissemination.Second, we introduced the idea about users’preferences and studied the relevance of various factors affecting the users’information dissemination. It includes modeling the behavior and preferences of individuals and groups. For predicting the trends of information diffusion in Web social networks, with Micro-blog for the platform, varies of factors to let the users make decisions are extracted and some potential preferences are mined basing on the statistics analysis of users’history behavior information by the researchers. Therefore, the users’preference model is established by CP-nets, and the best combination of features is selected to measure the possibility of forwarding a topic by one person.Finally, we built an intelligent model to forecast the trend of information dissemination basing on the analysis of users’decisions, viewed the user and information in Microblog community as agents, drew the spread network through defining the individual character and interacting rules basing on the network of the relations about "follow", predicted the trend of information dissemination on the basis of the users’preferences and their previous behaviors and made the analysis about the experiment. And We reached a conclusion that the trend of information dissemination can be forecasted more accurately, through drawing preferences into users’decision-making.
