Mobile Social Network(MSN)is one of the top research aspects in the field of mo-bile networks, and it is an important foundation of next-generation communication tech-nology and the Internet of things technology in the future. With the rapid development of network technology and the rapid popularization of intelligent mobile devices,MSNs have become the main way for people to obtain information, communicate with each oth-er,share views, and express emotions. The development of MSNs provides continuous power for information dissemination and sharing. The characteristics of simplicity,ra-pidity,and no distance make MSNs go deep into everyone's life, especially in the aspects of news communication, information publicity, brand marketing, information and knowl-edge sharing, etc.MSNs have shown their strong charm and broad prospects in many fields, and have attracted extensive attention from industry and academia. However, some unverified false information also flows into MSNs and may spread widely, which brings serious threat and impact to normal network activities. Therefore, the modeling and control of information dissemination in MSNs have become an urgent scientific problem to be solved. The effective solution of this problem can provide the the-oretical basis and technical support for the efficient and reliable diffusion of information in MSNs.In view of this urgent and challenging scientific problem, this work has carried out researches on the dynamic modeling of information diffusion process, information d-iffusion pulse and continuous optimal control strategy, information diffusion control task allocation method and user incentive mechanism. The specific contents are as follows:1.In view of the problem that malicious information spreads in MSNs in the form of viral diffusion, this work takes into account the communication mode that nodes in MSNs can communicate directly through the short-distance wireless interface, establishes a gen-eral movement model framework to describe the random mobile characteristics of nodes in MSNs,and explores the impact of node mobile behavior on the contact rate between n-odes.On the basis of this, this work analyzes the evolution mode of malicious information diffusion and develops the dynamic evolution model of malicious information diffusion. This work proposes a double pulse control strategy for malicious information diffusion, establishes a malicious information diffusion control model, and proves theoretically the existence and stability of the optimal solution of the proposed control strategy.2.In view of the problem that the fraud information diffusion in MSNs causes serious losses to users, this work uses the modeling method of system dynamics to estab-lish the dynamical model framework of the fraud information diffusion, and theoretically analyzes the trend of the fraud information diffusion and the stability of the dynamical model. This work models the fraud information control problem as an optimal control problem, and takes the control resources needed to implement the control strategy and the losses brought by the fraud information to the users as the total cost constraint of the control. This work proposes continuous control strategies for fraud information diffusion and takes the minimum total cost as the optimization goal.Based on the optimal control theory, the optimal solution distribution of the control strategy is derived.3.In view of the problem that negative emotions such as panic also infect and spread with the communication between users, this work introduces the concept of the potential state of users when emotions spread, considers the complex psychological activities of individuals and the interaction between individuals when emotions spread, and establish-es the calculation model of emotion spread framework and emotion spread dynamics in MSNs.For users in different states, this work put forwards three kinds of cooperative control measures of vaccination, quarantine and treatment, and turns the control prob-lem of emotional diffusion into the optimal control problem.Theoretically, this work proves the existence and uniqueness of the optimal control solution of the three kinds of cooperative control measures and further deduces the optimal control solution.4.In order to solve the problems of how to effectively implement the information diffusion control scheme and how to motivate users to participate in the tasks,a novel task implementation framework based on crowdsourcing is proposed. This work designs a user incentive mechanism based on the Stackelberg game for homogeneous control task, and solves the optimal strategy for user and optimal budget for manager. In addition, this work proposes an incentive mechanism based on the real-time online reverse auction for heterogeneous control tasks, which can distribute tasks to users as quickly as possible. From the theoretical point of view, this work proves that the mechanism is in line with the economic properties that cannot be ignored, such as task timeliness, computational efficiency, user rationality, manager profitability, and price truthfulness.
