Language is peculiar to mankind. It is an important way of communication betweenpeople. From the moment the computer appears, people want to communicate withthe machine by using language. And we want to transmit information with computers.With the development of modern science and technology, the voice receiving andprocessing technology and its applications have attracted widespread attention. Theyhave a good prospect, and will be widely used. At present, in many areas of our dailylife, we have realized the function of human-computer interaction through the way ofspeech control.Television is an important part of household electrical appliance, and is closelyrelated to people’s daily life. The application of the speech recognition and controltechnology to smart TV can make human-computer interaction more natural, andimprove the user experience. In this paper, we research the application of longdistance sound pickup technology based on microphone array on television. First ofall, in order to understand the basic structure and principle of remote sound pickup,we conduct an overall introduction to the speech recognition system. Secondly, wedesigned and made a sound pickup module based on microphone array technology.We tested some different schemes of pickup devices to verify the effect of the speechenhancement system based on microphone array. Thirdly, we apply the speech pickupequipment in the smart TV, and design a kind of human-computer interaction thatthrough the way of indoor long-distance voice control.
